摘要
从一般的角度来看 ,网络社会确实是虚拟的。但我们认为 ,网络社会是一个现实的社会。网络社会有着与以前所有社会形态都不相同的特点 ,是一种新的社会存在方式 ,这可以从“个人—个人”、“个人—群体”、“群体—群体”和“人—物”四个方面得到论证。经典社会学理论在对这种新的社会存在方式的认识和理解方面显得力不从心。网络社会的出现一方面给这些经典理论带来了新的研究领域 ,另一方面也对它们原先的理论阐述提出了挑战。
From an ordinary perspective, the network community is virtual. However, we believe that this community is a real community. The network community is a new social subsistence with features distinct from those in all previous social forms. This is evidenced by the relations between individuals themselves, individual and group, group and group, and man and object. Classical sociological theories have difficulty, or feel powerless, in understanding the new social subsistence. On the one hand, the network community brings some new areas for research, and on the other it challenges classical theories.
