摘要
主体的自由能动的创造性活动推动着人类社会的发展 ,但主体的活动并不是绝对自由的 ,它要受各种主客观因素的制约 ,包括道德制约。道德制约一方面表现为道德理想对主体性活动价值目标和方向的引导 ,另一方面表现为道德评价或规范对主体行为的调整。作为一定社会价值观的衡量尺度和人文框架 ,道德制约使主体在改造自然和社会的活动中自由而不逾矩 ,能动又不随意 。
Subjective, free and creative activities stimulate the development of human society. However, subjective activities are never absolutely free but are constantly constrained by both objective and subjective factors, including moral constraints. On the one hand moral constraint functions as moral ideals which guide the aim and direction of a subjective activity; on the other hand, being a moral ideal, it functions as a yardstick and frame for judgement of social values. Moral constraint ensures that subjective activities, though free and dynamic, do not get out of control in the process of changing the physical environment and reforming the society. It is a prerequisite for the healthy development of objective activities.
