邓小平国际政治战略思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分 ,是毛泽东国际政治战略思想的继承和发展。邓小平国际政治战略思想的形成有其独特的历史条件和国际背景 ,其基本内涵具有时代特色 ,并有其自身的特点。邓小平国际政治战略思想是当代中国增强综合国力、参与国际事务、反对霸权主义、维护世界和平外交战略的理论基础和实践指南。
