摘要
通过跳台法及比色法 ,观测脑健胶囊对东莨菪碱 (Scop)所致小鼠学习记忆功能及单胺氧化酶 (MAO)的影响。在实验中与造模组相比 ,预防组小鼠触电潜伏期明显延长 ,5min错误次数明显减少 ;MAO活力显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。
We observed the influence of Jian Nao capsule on memory of mouse caused by scoop and MAO.Compared with animal group,the capsule can reduce the wrong times of mouse and activity of MAO (P<0.01),which proved that Jian Nao capsule can improve the memory of the mouse.
