摘要
本文分析2120例用 ADP、肾上腺素、刺参酸性粘多糖、胶原和瑞斯托霉素诱导血小板聚集图像的正常参数,并按各种诱聚剂诱导的图像分为双相伴散聚型、双相不伴散聚型、初级聚集型和次级聚集型等,可作为推断血小板聚集功能的指标。
This paper presented that 2120 samples of platelet aggregation-teacings from health persons produced with ADP,epinephrine,STAMP,collagen and ristocetin.We divided these basic aggregation patterns obtained into four types:biphasic curve with disaggregation, biphasic curve with no disaggregation,curve with only primary aggregation and curve with only secondary aggregation.We Considered thatvarious curves may be regarded as th epa- rameters of platelet functions.
