摘要
提出了质子化甲壳素富集水中的微量铬 (Ⅵ ) ,并运用分光光度法进行了测定。铬 (Ⅵ )在酸性介质中以Cr2 O2 - 7形式吸咐在质子化的甲壳素上 ,能够被小体积的 1mol/LNH3·H2 O NH4 Cl(pH值 10 )缓冲溶液而洗脱 。
abstract The enriching method for inorganic anion on protonated chitin has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of chromium(VI). The chromium(VI) is collected as CrO 2 7in a weak acidic medium thus is easilv eluted with a small volume of 1 mol/L ammonia solution(pH 10). The collection mechanism and optimum conditions have also been studied. The method was used to the determination of micro chromium (VI) in water with a good result.
