摘要
探讨了用硅烷试剂 (SA)作为金属表面防腐蚀涂层的技术。研究了金属表面前处理、SA处理液配方、老化处理方式等对金属表面SA防腐蚀涂层性能的影响 ,优化了处理工艺。在优化条件下 ,选用合适的SA对碳钢等材料进行处理 。
Silance agents (SA) was used to metallic surface for anti-corrosion. The influencing factors such as metal pretreatment, components of SA solution and aging were studied. The technical process was optimized. The anti-corrosion property and coating adhesion of steel by the treatment of SA are equal or better than that by phosphating treatment.
