摘要
找到一种精制催化裂化柴油安定性的盐———强碱弱酸盐 (硅酸钠 )溶液 ,该盐腐蚀性低 ,其精制效果与烧碱相当。剂油体积比在 (1:2 0 )～ (1:2 5 0 )范围内 ,精制油收率达到 99%以上。盐在精制油中含量低 。
Color degradation with time is an obvious change in fuel properties for diesel fuels especially for catalytic cracking light cycle oils(LCOs).For improvement of the color stability of diesel fuels,salt extraction is an effective means which could extract some unstable compounds such as nitrogen compounds,sulfer compounds and fused aromatic compounds.A selective salt(Na 2SiO 3) was used to extract these compunds and uprage the color stability of diesel fuels.When the volumetric ratio of salt to oil is within(1∶20)～(1∶250),the yield of diesel was above 99%。
