摘要
开发了用环隙式离心萃取器连续逆流提取氢化可的松的工艺流程 ,用D2 0和D2 30环隙式离心萃取器分别进行了台架试验和工业规模试验。台架试验结果表明 ,当转速为 3 40 0~ 42 0 0r/min ,醋酸丁酯与发酵液的流量分别为 2 0mL/min和 45mL/min时 ,氢化可的松粗品收率比工厂现行生产岗位的收率提高 1.78%~ 12 .1% ,质量达到生产要求。工业试验结果表明 ,当转速为 2 0 0 0r/min ,醋酸丁酯与发酵液的流量分别为 1m3/h和 2m3/h时 ,氢化可的松粗品收率比工厂现行生产岗位的收率提高2 % ,且减少了萃取剂耗量 ,降低了能耗。另外 。
The technological process for continuous countercurrent extracting hydrocortisone has been developed with annular centrifugal extractor.Both the bench test and the commercial test have been finished with D20 and D230 annular centrifugal extractor respectively.When the rotor speed is 3*!400-4*!200*!r/min,and the flow rates of both the zymotic fluid and butyl acetate are 20*!mL/min and 45*!mL/min respectively,the results of the bench test show that the yield of the new technological process is 1.78%~12.1% higher than that of plant presently,and the product quality meets the production requirement.When the rotor speed is 2*!000*!r/min,and the flow rates of both the zymotic fluid and butyl acetate are 1m 3/h and 2m 3/h respectively,the results of the commercial test show that the yield of the new technological process is 2% higher than that of plant presently.And both the consumption of the extractant and the consumption of the energy are decreased.When the zymotic fluid emulsified for the bacterium being polluted,the hydrocortisone can also be extracted with annular centrifugal extractor.
