快速成型用光敏树脂固化收缩率的研究 被引量:2

摘要 讨论了齐聚物及稀释剂对固化体系收缩率的影响。实验结果表明 :改性环氧丙烯酸酯可以明显改善体系收缩率 ,稀释剂对收缩率有影响。用正交实验法优选后 ,10 0 g改性环氧丙烯酸中加入 40gDEGDA ,2 0 gTEGDA ,2 0 gTMPTA ,30gPDDA的收缩较小 ,为 3 .89% 。 s In this paper the effect of oligomer and diluent on the shrinkage of the curable system was discussed.The results showed modified epoxy acrylic ester could improve the shrinkage of the system apparently,and the diluent also had effect on the shrinkage of the system.By means of orthogonal experiment optimization,it was found the shrinkage of the system,which contained 100g modified epoxy acrylic ester, 40g DEGDA,20g TEGDA,20g TMPTA and 30g PDDA, was not obvious,being 3.8%,and could meet the requirement of photocurable rapid stereo lithography process.
