摘要
本文研究了硬质聚氯乙烯给水管材料拉伸屈服强度与拉伸速度之间的关系 ;利用时间 -温度等效原理 ,通过平移叠加得到了温度为 2 0℃ ,松弛时间从 10 -3 ~ 10 4 h的应力松弛模量主曲线 ;用类似方法将材料各温度下的屈服强度与拉伸速度倒数的实验曲线平移叠加得到了相应的主曲线 。
s This paper introduces the investigation of the velocity dependence of the tensile yield strength of UPVC for water supply pipe.Based on the principle of equivalent,the master curve of stress relaxation modulus,which covered the range of 10 -3 ~10 4 hours at 20℃,for UPVC was obtained by using superposition.Similarly,the master curve of yield strength with the reciprocal of tensile velocity for UPVC was also developed.The long term service life of two kinds of UPVC materials for the pipe were predicted by the preliminary results from the research work.
