摘要
合成了磺酸盐不饱和聚酯树脂及其油包水型微乳液 ,研究了芳叔胺对其固化性能的影响。结果表明 ,三种芳叔胺的促进活性顺序为N 甲基 N 羟乙基对甲基苯胺 (MHPT) >N ,N 二甲基对甲苯胺 (DMPT) >N ,N 二甲基苯胺 (DMA) ;UPR侧链上的磺酸盐基团对芳叔胺的活性顺序没有影响 ;水和醇的存在对MHPT的活性影响较大 。
s Unsaturated polyester resin of sulfosalt and its oil water microemulsion were synthesized,and the effects of tertiary aromatic aniline on curing were studied.The results showed the curing order of N methyl N hydroxyethyl p toluidine (MHPT)>N,N dimethyl P toluidine (DMPT)>N,N dimethylaniline (DMA);the sulfosalt group on the side chain of UPR had no effect on the curing order of tertiary aromatic aniline;the curing rate of MHPT was affected obviously by the pressure of alcohol or water,it would be not suited for using as curing promotor.
