Development of Silane Crosslinked HDPE Compound for Pipes

摘要 介绍两步法硅烷交联聚乙烯的制备和性能。研究了树脂、硅烷用量、引发剂用量和接枝工艺对管材性能的影响 ,结果表明应选择工艺性能优良的HDPE ,硅烷用量一般不超过 2 .5份 ,引发剂用量不超过 1.5份 ,否则管材性能下降。选用适当的配方制得的管子 ,性能符合DIN 16 892和DIN 16 The preparation and properties of silane crosslinked HDPE by two step process are introduced.The effects of the type of HDPE resin,content of silane and initiator,as well as the effect of graft process,on the property of HDPE pipes were stsudied.The results showed when the HDPE with good processing properties was used,the content of silane should not be more than 2.5 parts,and that of initiator not more than 1.5 parts,or the properties of the pipes would decreased.The properties of the pipes made by proper formula could meet the specification of DIN 16892 and DIN 16893.
