摘要
简要介绍了10kg/次煤焦油溶剂萃取分离系统的流程及特点,并在此萃取分离系统中考察了对煤焦油中2-4环芳香族化合物的分离效果.研究结果表明,用工业酒精∶焦油重量比约1∶1,转速为150r/min,每次搅拌30min,静置30 min,进行5次萃取分离,即可将煤焦油中的1-4环化合物完全萃取出,从而得到软化点达110℃的沥青,显示该系统具有较好的萃取分离效果.
The techno1ogical process and character of solvents extraction separation system self-designed of coal tar, which can extract coal tar 10 kg one-pot, were introduced in this paper. The separation effectiveness of 1-4 ring aromatic hydrocarbons from coal tar was examed using this system. The tests show that 1-4 ring aromatics can be completely extracted from coal tar by 5-6 times extraction using equivalent ethanol for industrial use as extraction solvent, obtaining coal tar pitch with soften point as high as 110 ℃.
