植物神经对房室结双径路电生理特性影响的研究 被引量:2

A study on the effects of autonomic nerves on electrophysiologic characteristics of dual atrioventricular pathways

摘要 植物神经可影响房室结双径路的电生理特性,异丙肾上腺素使快、慢径路的传导时间和有效不应期缩短,使原不能诱发室上性心动过速(SVT)的病人诱发SVT;心得安增高心脏的迷走神经张力,结果与之相反。植物神经阻滞后,快径有效不应期缩短或/和慢径传导加速而使房室传导曲线变圆滑,房室结双径路“消失”。 The electrophysiologic characteristics of dual atrioventricular nodal pathways (DAVNP) were showed to be affected by autonomic nerves. Isoproterenol short■ned the conduction time and effective refractory period(ERP)of both fast pathway(FP)and slow pathway (SP). After using isoproterenol, supraventricular tachycardia(SVT) could be induced in the patients in whom SVT could not be induced previously. Propranolol increasing the vagal tone and its effects on DAVNP were contrary to isoproterenol. After autonomic blockade using both propranolol and atropine, the AV conduction curves become smooth due to shortness of FPERP or/and enhancement of SP conduction. The figure of DAVNP 'disappearcd'.
