摘要
采用孔雀绿比色法研究了戴氏虫草菌丝体水提物在体外对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。同时采用紫外线辐射的方法测定了其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽胞杆菌抗紫外线辐射的保护效应 ,其结果表明 :戴氏虫草菌丝体水提物在较高浓度下能够抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能 ,但在较低浓度下却能拮抗氢化可的松对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的抑制 ;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽胞杆菌抗紫外线辐射具有一定的保护效应。
The effect of water extract of Cordyceps taii mycelia on macrophage phagocytosis in mice in vitro was investigated by colorimetric method of malachite green,and the uviofast protection of the extract on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtillus was investigated by assay of bacterial survival rate after UV radiation. Cordyceps taii mycelia water extract could inhibit macrophage phagocytosis in normal mice in a higher concentration,but antagonize the inhibition of hydrocortisone on macrophage phagocytosis in mice in a lower concentrations.It has the protection on bacterial uviofast effect in the mentioned bacteria above.
