摘要
分析测定了山东中部野生苣苣菜的营养成分 ,结果表明 ,其主要营养成分含量与常见蔬菜相当或较高 ,并含有 1 8种氨基酸 ,其中包括 8种必需氨基酸 ,EAA/TAA =3 7.3 % 。
The nutriments of the Sonchus arvensis , a kind of edible wild vegetable growing in central Shandong, was determined. The contents of main nutritional compoent of the wild vegetable was similal or superior to that of common vegetables. It was found that Sonchus arvensis contains 18 kinds of amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids (EAA), The EAA/TAA=37.3%, which approximated that of reference protein model proposed by WHO/FAO.
