摘要
以 10 0mgkg- 1 、2 0 0mgkg- 1 、30 0mgkg- 1 等不同质量分数 (w)的亚硒酸钠 (NaSeO2 )添加到蚯蚓饵料中 ,研究了亚硒酸钠处理对蚯蚓生长发育及死亡的影响和蚯蚓的富硒作用 .结果表明 ,3个w(NaSeO2 )处理对蚯蚓生长发育和富硒量的影响都达到极显著水平 .w(NaSeO2 )越高 ,用其处理饲养的蚯蚓死亡率也越高 ,富硒量也越大 ,二者存在一定的正相关性 .在 2 0 0mgkg- 1 的w(NaSeO2 )处理下 ,当蚯蚓饲养到 84d时 ,蚯蚓的富硒量可达到 332 .5mgkg- 1 ,同时死亡率高达 90 % .图 3表 4参
The earthworms, Eisenia foetida , were reared with cattle soils mixed with 100 mg kg -1 , 200 mg kg -1 , 300 mg kg -1 of sodium selenite in laboratory. The effect of sodium selenite on the development and survival of earthworms was evaluated by bioassays. The results showed that higher mortality and lower weight occurred to earthworms at higher concentration of sodium selenite. Selenium in earthworm body was accumulated gradually during feed. The mortality 90% of earthworms were found when earthworm raised in 84 days at 332.5 mg kg -1 of selenium. The potential use of earthworms as useful biological indicator of selenium and the selenium accumulating animal were discussed in this paper. Fig 3, Tab 4 , Ref 10
