The development of the telephone traffic market should take innovative measures in marketing concept and methods. Above all, the concept that voice service is the chief product and key commodity of China Telecom should be established. Secondly, all positive and favorable factors should be called into full play to promote innovation in telephone traffic marketing methods, including drawing up preferential policies, constructing information platforms, developing new services, providing new SPC functions for free or at a low price, giving play to network advantages and advocating high-quality services.
