摘要 介绍了一种基于小波变换的视频压缩系统方案。其算法简单,计算量小,易于硬件实现。并着重分析了其自适应量化的实现原理,给出系统结构。实验数据表明该系统支持多分辨率,压缩比范围大,压缩视频质量稳定。 In this paper, we present a scheme of video compression system based on wavelet transformation (WT). Its algorithm is simple in computational complexities and therefore can be easily implemented in hardware. Then, the principle of adaptive quantization is analyzed in detail. The structure of video coding system is also introduced. The experimental data show that the system can support multiresolution, realize wide compression ratios and constant compressed video quality .
