摘要
目的 :评价复方丹参穴位注射治疗肌筋膜疼痛功能紊乱综合症 (MPD)疗效。方法 :对 178例MPD病人用复方丹参穴位注射治疗 ,另选取 178例MPD为对照组 ,按制定治疗有效标准评价。结果 :经统计学处理 ,两组间均值有显著差异 ,临床观察也表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :用复方丹参液穴位注射治疗MPD有一定的疗效 ,可用于临床 ,值得推广。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the point-injection of injectio salviae miltiorrhiaze co. on myofacial pain dysfunction syndrome (MPD).Methods: One hundred and seventy-eight patients with MPD were treated using point-injection of injectio salviae miltiorrhiaze co. and another 178 patients with MPD treated with other therapy were taken as control. The therapeutic effect was evaluated with the standard laid down specially. Results: With the disposing of statistics, there is significant difference between two groups and the therapeutic effect of the treat group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The results showed that the point-injection of injectio salviae miltiorrhiaze co. has certainly therapeutic effect on MPD and can be spread and used in clinic.
