摘要
1990年8月~1997年6月,采用高压氧条件下自体胫骨骨膜片游离移植修复骨缺损30例,缺损面积最大为11 cm×4 cm×3 cm,最小为2 cm×2 cm×1 cm,术后当天起行0.2 MPa 高压氧疗。经6个月~5年随访,其中5~7周内骨缺损修复者占50%,较传统方法缩短疗程1/3~1/2,无1例发生骨缺损不愈合。作者认为,高压氧条件下提高骨膜细胞成骨能力的原因:(1)维持并延长骨膜细胞的生存时间;(2)促进骨膜细胞的生长代谢与成骨细胞的形成;(3)促进损伤局部侧枝循环的建立。
From august 1990 to june 1997,30 cases of bone defects were repaired with free pieces of the tibial periosteum autograft combined with hyperbaric oxygenation therapy.The largest of bone defects was 11cm 1×4cm 1×3cm,the smallest was 2cm 1×2cm 1×1cm.heperbaric oxygenation therapy in 0.2 mpa was used after the operation.The cases were followed up for a period of 6 to 60 months with an average of 24 months,the bone defects were all healed and the healing time was 5 to 7 weeks in 50% of the cases,which was 1/3 to 1/2 shorter than those treated by conventional methods.Three factors of promoting the osteogenetic capacity of periosteous cells believed by heperbaric oxygenation therapy were following:firstly retain- ing and belonging the survival time of periosteous cells,secondy accelerating metabolism of periosteous cells and thirdy promoting formation of compensatory of circulation in injured zone.
