摘要
采用汽化切割电极对30例高危前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电汽化术。结果:手术平均时间为38min,最大尿流率(Qmas)由术前平均3.2ml/s、恢复到术后平均13.6ml/s,前列腺症状评分由术前平均29.5下降到术后平均9.8。表明经尿道前列腺汽化切割出血少,手术安全且疗效明确。
Thirty cases of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia was transurethrally treated with vaportome.Results:The mean operating time was 38 min.The maximal urineflow increased from 3.2 ml/s to 13.6 ml/s and I PSS decreased from preoperative 29.5 to 9.8 after operation.Conclusions:The advantages of treansurethral vapor resection are less bloodloss,safe and with definite effects.It is one of the effective treatments for high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
