摘要
9例肺癌术前经支气管动脉单次灌注丝裂霉素-C 20mg。灌注后平均10.4天进行手术切除.9例中Ⅱ期6例,Ⅲ期3例。术后标本行光镜和电镜(6例)检查,仅1例显示有较明显的疗效反应。7例随访,平均存活10.1月。本组有限资料说明,术前单次灌注丝裂霉素-C 无济于提高手术的疗效.
Before operation,nine cases ofbronchogenic carcinoma were treatedby single bronchial artery infusionwith 20mg mitomycin-C.The clini-cal staging were:6 cases in stage Ⅱ,3 cases in stage Ⅲ.After infusionchemotherapy,all the patients wereoperated on(an average interval of10.4 days).Operative specimens of6 cases were also examined by elec-tron microscope,Of 9 patients trea-ted,only one demonstrated histopa-thologically more effective response.The average survival time in 7 caseswas 10.1 months.This limited studysuggests that the effect of preopera-tive one-dose mitomycin-C intra-arterial infusion on cancer of thelung Will not be of great advantageto enhance the curative effect ofsurgical operation.
