摘要
放射性肠炎是盆腔腹腔或腹膜后恶性肿瘤经放疗后引起的并发症.本文报告了14例慢性放射性肠炎X 线钡灌肠及钡餐造影所见,均出现于放疗后半年至1年内.X 线征象包括:肠粘膜形态变化,肠腔狭窄和梗阻;但诊断困难.特别是因患者在放疗后数月乃至数年才出现症状,故应强调与原有病变复发以及原发性肠道恶性肿瘤之间的鉴别。
Radiation enteritis is a compli-cation resulting from irradiation ofthe pelvis,abdomen and retroperito-neal tumors.This article reports theX-ray findings of 14 cases of chronicradiation enteritis.In all cases,theradiation damage presented in 6—12months after receiving radiation the-rapy.The X-ray findings included:abnormal mucosa pattern,narrowingof the lumen and obstruction.Sincesymptoms did not present until severalmonths to many years after the the-rapy,the diagnosis was very difficult,In practice,emphasis must be put ondifferentiating this disease from re-current tumor or primary malignantbowel tumor.
