摘要
本文分析了7例食管癌胃转移,胰腺癌、肝癌、结肠癌胃浸润的X 线表现,计有胃腔肿块、胃轮廓变形、胃外压迹、胃壁龛影、粘膜皱襞改变及邻近脏器异常等。胃部的异常表现同原发癌肿的部位及转移途径有关。
Seven patients with secondaryneoplasms of stomach are reported.One of them was gastric metastasisof esophageal carcinoma,the other 6cases were gastric infiltration bycarcinomas of pancreas,liver andcolon.The X ray appearances of ba-rium meal examinations were:massinside gastric lumen,deformity ofgastric contour,depression of stomach,niche of gastric wall,alteration ofmucosal folds and abnomal of neig-hbor organs.The abnormal appeara-nces of stomach is related to metasta-sis or infiltration route and site ofthe original cancer.
