摘要
研制了Ag -W系列触头材料的熔渗加工工艺 ,同时探讨改善熔渗质量的方法 ,并与传统粉末压制结法制造Ag -W材料在性能和显微组织上作了对比分析。结果表明 :采用粉末熔渗工艺研制的Ag -W触头密度达到理论密度的 99%~1 0 0 % ,硬度、电阻率达到和超过国内外相关标准规定的技术指标。在框架式断路器上进行额定通断能力试验和电寿命试验全部合格 ,满足使用要求。
The contact material of Ag-W series prepared by infiltration process was investigated.The present work has studied improving of infiltration means,and Ag-W electrical contacts made by different methods and containing,different elements have been analysed and compared each other.The results show that density of the Ag-W series by infiltration process is 90%~100% of the Ag-W theoretic density,electric rdsisively and hardness made the grade of fremdness and home.It can sustain the make and break tests and electrical lifetimes in the framstype circuit breakers.
