摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定虫草灵芝圣酒中腺苷含量的方法。在SulpelcosilLC 18 DB色谱柱 (15 0mm× 4 6mmi d ,5 μm)上 ,以 V(乙腈 ) ∶V(水 ) =4 ∶ 96为流动相 ,检测波长2 60nm ,腺苷的检出限为 0 62 6ng。成功地测定了不同批号虫草灵芝圣酒中腺苷的含量 ,平均回收率为 10 1%。分析方法灵敏、准确 。
