摘要
在分析大气环境影响评价基本理论的基础上 ,利用Delphi语言编程 ,完成高架点源扩散模式中多参数的反复调用、计算、校正 ,并以实例验证程序的准确性和实用性 .
The fundamental theory of effect evaluation to atmosphere environment was analysed in this paper.On this basement,the repeated transference,calculation and correction of multi-parameter were finished through Delph programming in the overhead point source diffusion model.The accuracy and pract icality of this model were verified in the actual example.
