摘要
在银企关系中 ,银行与民营企业的关系是比较突出的问题。这既有银行方面的原因 ,又有民营企业方面的原因 ,二者关系的不协调实质上是违背了邓小平同志关于“对内开放理论”的精神。因此 ,要解决银行与民营企业的关系问题 ,必须认真学习和贯彻邓小平对内开放理论 ,从改革入手 ,建立二者之间“双赢”的银企关系。
The relationship between banks and civilian enterprises remains delicate in the bank-enterprise relationship. Both parties should be partly responsible for the situation. The inharmonious relationship between the two parties runs counter to the essence of Dengxiaoping's Open-to-the-Inside theory. Therefore, the solution to the problems lies in the understanding and implementation of Deng's theory. It is necessary to establish a 2Win mechanism in handling bank-enterprise relationship through reform.
