贯彻按要素分配原则 ,必须从思想上澄清认识 ,理顺按要素分配与劳动价值论的关系 ;正确看待要素回报中的剥削收入 ;承认经营要素的特殊作用 ;明确两极分化并非是按要素分配的必然结果等。
To implement the factor-based distribution principle, we must have a clear percipience, an appropriate understanding of the relationship between factor-based distribution and the theory of labor value, a sound attitude toward the exploitation income of factor return. We must recognize the special function of the managerial factors and understand that polarization is not expected to be the logical result of the factor-based distribution.
