摘要
马卡连柯认为真正的集体并不是单单聚集起来的一群人。职高生文化素质较低,行为习惯较差,实施目标管理是建设班集体的有效方法,形式多样的集体活动是实现目标管理的桥梁。
A.S MAKALENKO held that a true collective should not be simply a gathering of a number of people. The cultural qualities of the students in professional senior high schools are relatively low and their habits and manners are comparatively poor, so to implement objective management could be the effective method of constructing a good class collective. Varied collective activities are the bridge to the success of objective management.
