摘要
镀膜工业中玻璃清洗是一个重要环节,清洗过程必须稳定、可靠。我公司在玻璃清洗时,一直存在清洗线传动误动作——“跳机”。解决镀膜玻璃清洗线传动过程中的误动作是生产上提出的重要要求。为彻底解决此故障,我们将原控制逻辑调出分析研究后,发现此故障为控制程序设计不合理所造成的。因此,采用“CNTR”代替“TIM”指令,改进设计原控制程序。新程序输入PC机中后,生产运行平稳,取得较为满意的结果。
In the technology of film-plating glass,the cleaning of glass is important step. During the glass cleaning, it must be stability and reliable. In our company, the difficult topic of the machine paused has been existed in our cleaning line, that is an error motion in transmission belt. To solve the error movement of transmission is an important manufacturing proposal. In order to solve the trouble thoroughly, we inquired into the original logic of programming control and analyzed it, and then we find the trouble has been raised by the unreasonable programming control. Therefore, we make the order CNTR replace the order TIM, finally we promote the original programming control. Since the new procedure is being put into PC, the machines work smoothly, and have achieved a great deal of results in manufacturing.
