摘要
对新《婚姻法》的热点问题进行经济学分析,可以看出情感的不稳定性,这符合西方经济学中的边际效用递减规律。婚姻得以继续维持下去可以用劳动价值论来解释,双方的互相需要也就是供求的平衡。感情破裂导致离婚往往使女子处于不利地位,政府通过《婚姻法》保障女子的利益,这也与政府采取的收入分配职能原理相同。
An analysis of the focus problem of the new marriage law shows the unstable of emotion.
