摘要
目的:建立用高效波相色谱法测定妇宝颗粒中芍药甙含量的方法。方法:对样品的提取条件和色谱条件进行方法学研究。采用C_(18)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01mol/L磷酸水溶液(13:87),检测波长为230nm。结果:芍药甙在0.1~0.9μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为0.4%。结论:本法提取方法简便,准确,可作为该制剂的定量方法。
Objective:To establish the method to determine the content of peaoniflorin in fubao granules by HPLC. Method; To select the method of extraction for the sample and chromatographic conditions. The Suntek C18 column with acetonitrile-0. 01% Phosphoric acid solution (13 : 87) as a mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1. 0ml/min and the detective wavelength was 230nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 1-0. 9μg for the peaoniflorin (r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 98. 2% and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 0. 4%. Conclusions; The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is good to determine the content of peaoniflorin in the fubao granules.
