摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定亚叶酸钙及其制剂的含量。方法:以VP—ODS(4.6×150mm)为分析柱,乙睛-磷酸盐缓冲液(20:80)为流动相,柱温40℃。检测波长为282nm。结果:亚叶酸钙在20.3～232.3μg/ml范围内呈良好线性,原料药平均回收率为100.5％(n=9),RSD=0.78;片剂平均回收率为99.52％(n=9),RSD=0.81％。结论:本方法专属性强,结果准确、可靠,也可用于生产时质量控制。
Obstract: This paper describesa HPLC method for determination of Calcium Folinate and its preparations. Methods: Calcium Folinate was determined by HPLC using a VP - ODS colume(4. 6× 150mm,5μm),the mobile phase is a mixture of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(20:80)and the wavelength of detection is at 282nm. Results: The calibration curve was in a good linearity over the concerntration of 20.3 - 232. 3μg/ml. The average recovery of Cacium Folinate and its preparations were 100.5% and 99. 52%(n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable and suitable for the quality control in production.
