摘要
梭梭幼苗在H氏平衡溶液中培养至第 4天时 ,其细胞膜透性、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均出现明显的转折变化 ;甘露醇溶液渗透胁迫引起幼苗的细胞膜电解质渗漏率下降 ,脯氨酸含量大幅度升高 ,可溶性糖含量则呈现交替变化 ;外源ABA则对以上生理指标有不同的影响 。
By cultured for 4 days in H equilibrium solution, the cell membrane permeability, the content of soluble sugars and proline of the seedlings of xerophyte Haloxylon ammodendron (Mey.) Bge show distinct turning changes. Osmotic stress by cultured in mannitol solution results the dropping of the leakage of electrolyte through out cell membrane, rising of the content of proline by a large margin and the up\|down changes of soluble sugars. Exogenous ABA has different effects on the above physiological indexes, so it is inferred that ABA maybe not play the role as a signal transducer relating osmotic stress and the inner physiological changes at the stage of seedling of this kind of plant.
