摘要
对光纤型非对称束腰横截面耦合器进行了理论分析 ,并在实验上证明了耦合器的形状双折射随光纤的熔融程度从正到负的变化 ,最终可以达到偏振不敏感的目的。
Asymmetric waist cross section couplers are analyzed theoretically. Experimental results show that form birefringence of a coupler with an asymmetric waist cross section changes from positive to negative at a given degree of fiber fusion resulting in polarization insensitive operation.
