摘要 讨论了与辐射特性相关的楔形平面波导的设计问题 ,认为对于渐变波导 ,光栅输入Bloch模转换成平面输入波 ,其辐射出的能量绝大多数集中在干涉m =0级Brillouim区中。设计了一最佳阵列波导 ,得到最佳结构参数 ,分析了影响传输效率的因素 ,并进行了仿真计算。 The paper is concerned with the problem of designing a planar array with nearly ideal radiation characteristics. An array of tapered waveguides is used and each input Bloch mode is adiabatically transformed into a plane wave.The array then radiates most of its power in the Brillouin zone of order m =0. A design for optimizing the array is described. Optimum design conditions and numerical simulation calculation are presented.
