摘要
为探讨光子辐射在临床褥疮护理中的作用 ,我们在常规护理的基础上联合应用低强度He -Ne激光与紫外线局部照射治疗 2 0例住院病人 34处褥疮。结果显示低强度激光联合紫外线局部照射治疗 34处褥疮 ,其中治愈 31处 ,占 91 2 % ,3处好转 ,占 8 8% ;Ⅰ期或浅Ⅱ期褥疮创面 3 - 4天痂膜干缩 ,深Ⅱ -Ⅲ期褥疮治疗时间 13～ 16天 ,疮面干燥结痂。联合应用低强度激光和紫外线照射褥疮创面是一种安全、有效的治疗方法 。
To investigate the therapeutic effect of bedsore treated by conventional nursing combined with low energy He Ne laser irradiation and ultraviolet radiation on the bedsore surface.34 ulcer surface from 20 cases of in patient with bedsore were treated by low energy He Ne laser irradiation combined with ultraviolet irradiation.The preliminary results show that the 31 of 34 ulcer surface of bedsore healed and 3 of 34 ulcer surface that achieved approve of therapeutic effect,the healing rate and the straighten rate were 91.2% and 8.8% respectively.Moreover,the bedsore surface achieved dryness and scab including Ⅰ phase and simple Ⅱ phase of bedsore treated post 3 to 4 days.Furthermore,the deep Ⅱ phase to deep Ⅲ phase of bedsore achieved scab treated post 13 to 16 days.It is one safety and credibility therapeutic method with low energy He Ne laser irradiation combined with ultraviolet radiation on the bedsore surface.
