摘要
本文用激光诱导荧光的方法 ,研究了药物诱发白鼠肝病变过程中不同阶段的白鼠的血清光谱。实验结果表明 ,用5 14 5nm作激发光源 ,白鼠从正常经肝纤维化到肝硬化的过程中 ,血清光谱的荧光峰有红移现象 ,而用 488 0nm作激发光源的光谱之间则无明显的差别。此外 ,研究发现CCl4 溶液对白鼠肝硬化的诱发最为有效。
Serum spectra of rats during the progression of liver abnormalities induced by alcohol,CCL 4 and albumen are investigated in this study.Compared with results of pathological examination,we analyse the spectra of normal cases,hepatic fibrosis and hepatocirrhosis respectively in an attempt to find some differences between them.Red shift of fluorescence peak is observed with disease evolution using 514.5nm excitation of an Ar ion laser.However,no distinct changes happen with 488.0nm excitation.In addition,results show that CCL 4 solution is the most effective material for hepatic disease inducement.
