摘要
激光烧结陶瓷粉末快速成型三维零件的过程包括激光烧结和二次烧结后处理两个步骤。本文研究了陶瓷粉末激光烧结和二次烧结后处理的机理 ,对激光烧结的主要参数如激光功率和扫描速度进行了优化 。
The processes of rapid forming solid parts by laser sintering ceramic powder include laser sintering and second sintering post treatment.In this paper,the mechanism of laser sintering and secondly sintering post treatment of ceramic powders has been researched.The main parameters of laser sintering such as laser power and scan velocity have been optimized.The ceramic parts formed by laser sintering have been obtained through forming experiments.
