摘要
本文运用矢量的扇形图示方法 ,分析了二元光学元件衍射图样的分布 ,并在该图示基础上推导了强度分布公式。该方法直观简便 ,表现了矢量图分析方法在解决衍射问题中的优点 ,对于设计和改善元件性能有一定实用意义。
In this paper an ingenious method called sectorial phasor diagram is introduced for analyzing diffraction pattern of binary optical element.Employing this diagram the equation of intensity distribution is derived in a manner more straightforward and convenient.It shows its advantage and potential for solving diffraction technique problems,such as designing and improving optical devices.
