摘要
介绍了自校准电流单元的原理 ,对其误差进行了分析和推导 ,并针对 VLSI工艺可能产生的失配设计了参考电流源、电流拷贝单元及备用电流拷贝单元 ,提出了新的克服沟道电荷注入误差的方法。模拟结果证明 ,电流自校准技术在克服器件失配方面有优势 ,自校准电流拷贝单元精度很高 ,适用于高精度电流模式
The principle of self calibration current cell is introduced. Its imperfections are analyzed and deduced. Reference current, self calibration current cell and spare self calibration current cell are developed. A new method for overcoming channel charge dumping is described. Simulation results demonstrate that high accuracy can be achieved without the need for precise device matching by using self calibration technique, which is suitable for high accuracy D/A converters.
