文章主要阐述了 2 1世纪微电子芯片技术及其发展的三个方向 :1 )遵照 Moore定律和按比例缩小原理继续高速发展 ;2 )系统芯片 (SOC) ;3 )智能芯片 。
Design technologies for microelectronic chips and its developing trend in the 21st century are dealt with in the paper, which include the constant high speed development based on Moore's law and the scaling down theory, system on chip, and smart chips or chips with more intelligence.
