摘要
对人眼的视觉特征模型进行了分析和归纳，结合数字彩色图像增强的应用特点，提出了一种利用视觉特征模型多层边缘提取来实现数字彩色图像模糊增强的方法及其快速实现算法。
In this paper， we firstly introduce the visual feature model of human being． Considering the application of digital color image enhancement， we conclude one digital color image fuzzy enhancement algorithm which uses visual feature model to realize multi-level edge extraction． We also present a fast arithmetic in order to reduce the complexity and improve the performance．
