摘要
对古方“佛手散”中的当归、川芎进行分煎与合煎，其煎液的高效液相色谱和薄层层析分析结果表明，两种煎剂的化学组成基本一致。高效液相色谱图中各色峰峰面积的分析结果表明亦无显著差异。
In this experiment, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong in Fushousan Decoction were singly or mixedly decocted, Two decoctions were analysed by HPLC and TLC.As a result,the chemical components in two decoctions are basically same. HPLC chromatograms show no signif cant difference between their peak-areas(with varions Colors).
