摘要
对老子与新道家的社会思想之间的区别与联系作了新的探索。详前人所略而略前人所详 ,重在体现新道家对老子社会思想的推进及其积极意义。同时 ,对德国法律社会学奠基者马克斯·韦伯否认道家思想合乎理性的论断作了分析。最后 ,广泛吸取国内外研究道家与黄老之学的研究成果 。
This paper makes a new exploration into the differences and connections between the social thought of LaoZi and New Taoist. By stating what people neglected and neglectsing what people dwelled on, the author lays emphasis on the promotion and the positive significance of the LaoZi's social thought made by the New Taoist. Meanwhile, he analyses the conclusion that the Taoist thinking is not rational made by Max Weber, the founder of German sociology of law. At last, this paper takes in the findings of Taoism and Huang Lao learning at home and abroad and emphasizes that revaluating the Taoist thinking is of instruction to the construction of Chinese social ideology history and sociology of law.
