摘要
采用预聚体合成法 ,合成不同物质的量比的多异氰酸酯与蓖麻油预聚物 ,作为水性高分子 -异氰酸酯胶粘剂 (API)的交联剂。在实验室进行了耐水胶接试验 ,结果表明 ,以柞木为试验材 ,试件的湿剪切强度≥ 7MPa,超过了日本标准JISK6 80 6中关于结构集成材的要求 ,得到了一种适宜于硬木集成材生产的API胶粘剂。
By prepolymerization,different prepolymers of PAPI and caster oil(CTO) are synthesized and used as crosslinker for water based polymer isocyanate adhesive(API).Water resistance adhesion experiment is carried out in laboratory.The result shows when the API is used for Quercus Mongolica wood,the wet strength come up to≥ 7 MPa and meet the demand of Japan standard JIS K6806.So an API suitable for hardwood glued lumber is obtained.
