摘要
目的 观察足三里不同配方对胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜的保护作用 ,寻求最佳处方。 方法 用酶法测定乙醇所致胃黏膜损伤大鼠黏膜 NO的含量 ,胃黏膜血流量及损伤指数 ,分析足三里不同配方各组之间各指标的变化。 结果 足三里不同配方均可使大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数下降 ,胃黏膜 NO水平、胃黏膜血流量明显升高 ,但以足三里 +中脘 +内关穴组改变最为明显 ,且与其他 3组之间有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 足三里不同配方均对胃黏膜有保护作用 ,但以足三里、中脘、内关
Objective To observe the protective effect of Zusanli plus different acupoints on the lesion of gastric mucosa to explore the best prescription. Methods The contents of NO in the damaged gastric mucosa in rats which was induced by alcohol were detected by zymologic method, meanwhile, volume of blood flow of and the lesion index of the gastric mucosa were employed to analyze the changes of the indexes among the groups of Zusanli plus different acupoints. Results All the different formula of Zusanli plus other acupoints could reduce lesion index, and obviously raise the contents of NO in the gastric mucosa and the volume of blood flow of the gastric mucosa, and the change in the group of combination of Zusanli, Zhongwan and Neiguan was the most significant, and there was a significant difference in comparison with the other three groups( P <0.05). Conclusion Different formula of Zusanli plus other acupoints had protective effects on the gastric mucosa, and the formula of combination of Zusanli, Zhongwan and Neiguan was the best.
